Customer services

Today's class was about customer services. I really enjoyed it, we got to discus with our group the importance of customer service and where we had to design our own customer service plan in or order for us to satisfy our customers. I guess its not that easy satisfying a customer it requires the right skills.

Sustainability

Today's class was based on sustainability in which focused on all kinds of sustainability such as environmental, social and economical sustainability. in our groups we had to discus sustainability in relation to our company which produces hydro powered vehicles. we managed to come up with many ideas regarding sustainability and how we are going to deal with it.

Poster Presentation day

Today's poster presentation was great, there were many unique designs from the other participating groups. I enjoyed them all. I still need to work on my presenting as that performance was very poor. looking forward to more next semester.
